I don't know what fps you would get using this, but im guessing it will run quite stable with your set-up.I've tried dozens of ENBs. This ENB is for the old style fans, it gives that sort of cowboy theme to the Mojave, I haven't used this ENB but I have heard good things about it, I find by asking people that this ENB plays with sun flares and how it reflects on things. This is another one of those mods which I have played extensively with and I have to say its pretty damn sexy, this ENB is special as it darkens the atmosphere around you, so it gives you feeling that a nuclear apocalypse has happened, this combined with some good lighting mods is just amazing.
PS: I asked him for his computer specs and what fps he gets with this ENB, he has a GTX 770 and runs always above 60 fps.
Unlike the name, blackout ENB is on the brigter side of these ENB's, it focuses more on light and the way it is used, I personally haven't used this ENB but my friend always plays with this, and he says its a must have, so ill take his word for it. Speaking of Dynamic ENB's, this is a must have if you enjoy scenic views and shadows, this ENB is the most demanding on my system for some reason, its not unplayable but its to the point where its going below my fps limit, I get around 50+ and 40 - 45 fps in populated places like towns (especially New Vegas). I used this ENB for a long time and I must say it is very nice, this ENB looks a lot more dynamic in my opinion, looks like it would go well with a movie style scene, with FPS, this is a tiny bit more demanding on my system but it might vary depending on the specs in your system and what other mods you have running, I get around 60 - 80 nearly everywhere. This is the ENB I personally use, I wouldn't even call this an ENB, as the name suggests, its a massive shader project designed through and ENB, The main reason I like this ENB is because its not massively straining on my system, I run a Radeon R7 260X with Fallout new vegas maxed out, and my fps always stays in the range of 50 - 100 depending on my locational (I also use over 100 mods).
